Golfer's Edge Indoor Golf League 2026 Press Release

India's Largest Multi-City National league to connect indoor golf centres across India, with over 12 venues in at least 8 cities competing in its inaugural season.

Bengaluru / Chennai, July 2026: Golfer's Edge has announced the launch of the Golfer's Edge Indoor Golf League (IGL) 2026, one of India's largest multi-city indoor golf leagues, bringing together golfers and simulator venues from across the country in a first-of-its-kind national indoor golf league.

The inaugural league will run from 13 July to 9 August 2026 and is expected to feature more than 12 indoor golf venues across at least eight cities, including Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai, Goa, Kochi, Kannur, Mangaluru and Visakhapatnam, with additional venues expected to join before the league commences.

Unlike traditional leagues restricted to a single venue or operator, the Indoor Golf League has been designed as an open national competition. While, most of the participating venues will be using the ProTee Vx simulator, any indoor golf facility in India operating GSPro or The Golf Club (TGC) 2019 simulator software is eligible to participate, creating a unified competitive platform for the rapidly growing indoor golf community.

Venues will be using professional-grade golf simulator technology featuring the ProTee VX simulator, players will compete on world-renowned championship golf courses recreated digitally, with scoring standardised across all participating venues. The format allows golfers from different cities to compete against one another under identical playing conditions, irrespective of weather, daylight or course availability.

The league welcomes golfers of all abilities, from beginners taking part in their first competition to experienced amateurs looking for a new competitive format. By removing many of the traditional barriers associated with tournament golf, the Indoor Golf League aims to make competitive golf more accessible, inclusive and enjoyable.

Speaking about the launch, Hari Natarajan, Founder of TeeTime Ventures and Co-Founder of Golfer's Edge, said:

"Indoor golf in India has reached a point where venues are growing rapidly across multiple cities, but until now there hasn't been a common competitive platform connecting them. The Indoor Golf League changes that. Our vision is to build a national ecosystem where golfers can compete regardless of which city they play in, while giving indoor golf centres across India an opportunity to be part of a professionally managed league. We believe this is an important milestone in the evolution of golf in India."

Bharath Arvind, Co-Founder of Golfer's Edge, added:

"What makes this league unique is that it is designed to be collaborative rather than exclusive. We wanted to create a platform that benefits the entire indoor golf industry. Any venue running GSPro or TGC 2019 can participate, allowing golfers from across India to compete together in a consistent, technology-driven environment. As more venues come online, we expect the league to grow into the country's premier indoor golf championship."

The Indoor Golf League reflects the rapid advancement of golf simulation technology, where professional-grade launch monitors and simulator software now deliver tournament-quality accuracy for both practice and competition. Players will experience realistic ball flight, course conditions and scoring while enjoying a structured league format that combines competition with community.

The launch also reinforces Golfer's Edge's broader mission of making golf more accessible by reducing many of the traditional barriers associated with the sport, including weather, travel, course availability and the time required to play an outdoor round.

With indoor golf centres continuing to emerge across India, the league is expected to become an annual fixture, providing a national competitive pathway for golfers while strengthening collaboration between simulator facilities throughout the country.

Registrations are now open for the inaugural season, and additional venues are invited to participate. Registration and information available on https://www.golfers-edge.com/indoor-golf-league
