Golfer's Edge Chennai Terms and Conditions & Cancellation Policy

1] Once a service is booked and paid for, we do not offer refunds, unless there are extenuating circumstances which are beyond the control of the customer or the company.


2] However, we do offer our customers the ability to change their booking date and time, subject to availability. Any change requests must be made at least 24 hours before the originally scheduled appointment.

3] If a customer cancels a booking less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, or fails to show up for a scheduled appointment, no refund will be provided.

4] If we are unable to provide the services for any reason, we will offer a full refund to the customer. The refund will be processed to the source account within 7-21 days. We would also be able to provide you a credit note of the full booking amount via email.
