1] Once a service is booked and paid for, we do not offer refunds, unless there are extenuating circumstances which are beyond the control of the customer or the company.

 

2] However, we do offer our customers the ability to change their booking date and time, subject to availability. Any change requests must be made at least 24 hours before the originally scheduled appointment.

3] If a customer cancels a booking less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, or fails to show up for a scheduled appointment, no refund will be provided.

​

4] If we are unable to provide the services for any reason, we will offer a full refund to the customer. The refund will be processed to the source account within 7-21 days. We would also be able to provide you a credit note of the full booking amount via email.

Liability Waiver

1. Acknowledgment of Risks

I acknowledge that using the indoor golf facility involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Physical injury from swinging clubs or being struck by golf balls.

Damage to personal property.

Potential accidents due to the nature of the activities.

2. Release of Liability

I agree to release and hold harmless Golfers' Edge, its owners, employees, agents, and volunteers from any claims arising from my use of the facility. This includes:

Any injuries sustained during activities.

Claims related to negligence, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

3. Assumption of Responsibility

I accept full responsibility for:

Any injuries or damages resulting from my actions or negligence while using the facility.

Reimbursing the indoor golf center for any damages caused to equipment or property.

4. Medical Authorization

In case of injury, I grant permission for the indoor golf center to arrange necessary medical treatment, acknowledging I will be financially responsible for such treatment.

5. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and defend the indoor golf center against any claims made by third parties resulting from their actions while using the facility.

6. Binding Agreement

This waiver shall be binding on myself and my heirs, executors, and assigns, ensuring that all parties are aware of their rights and responsibilities.

7. Governing Law

This waiver is governed by the laws of Karnataka State for Golfer's Edge Bengaluru and Tamil Nadu State for Golfer's Edge Chennai.
